Fresh from their night on paradise island Tavinipupu
William and Kate travelled back to Honiara where they participated in a departure ceremony at Honiara airport.
Royal aides said William and Kate had an idyllic time together on Tavinipupu island where they enjoyed a romantic dinner and snorkelled in the rain. They also said the couple are very much looking forward to the next leg of the tour in Tuvalu.

Kate talked with locals at the airport and looked refreshed and relaxed.
The Duchess was given a pink and white striped fan to keep cool in the stifling Solomon Islands heat.

Kate looked lovely in a primrose lace dress dotted with flowers that was made for her by an independent dressmaker. It is quite possibly the same unidentified designer who designed the coat she wore for the Christmas service at Sandringham. Yesterday the Duchess wore a yellow Jaeger dress
and it's great to see her choosing another bright and vibrant colour today. Kate wore her hair in an elegant updo.
A closer look at the lace detail.
